The Active Start stage is to create physical literacy and to have fun. The focus is on learning the proper movement skills. Active movement environment combined with well-structured programs.Every athlete entering the sport of curling will have the potential for an individual experience no matter what their level of participation may be.The goal is to make movement fun and part of a daily physical activity.


Rocks and Rings

CurlManitoba offers a Rocks and Rings program through the elementary schools throughout Manitoba.

Little Rocks

Many curling clubs in Manitoba offer a little rock program for youth.  The programs are available through contacted your local curling club.
