Lessons
* If you are looking to learn the game or hone your skills for the games we offer lessons for beginners, intermediate or advanced players.
* Strategy sessions are offered upon request. School clinics are organized in conjunction with schools.
Curl Manitoba offers to assist schools, curling clubs and organizations to organize curling clinics and / or lessons.
Lessons for individuals are offered at the start of the season.
The instructors may be provided by Curl Manitoba.
Novice A beginner lesson designed to teach the basic skills of the game. An introductory on
how to play the Game!
Intermediate A lesson to enhance the player in you, fine tuning and sweeping skills.
Advance A lesson offered to season players who would like to improve their skills.
Strategy A strategy session is designed to meet the needs of the participants. Most sessions include
rules, etiquette and basic game situation strategy.
Following is the payment schedule for private or semi private lesson:
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
$52.50 for a 30-minute private lesson (including ice rental and GST).
$94.50 for 60-minute session (including ice rental and GST).
You can reduce fees, if you buy a bundle of lessons.
Package of three (1/2 hour lessons) . . . . $140.70 (including ice rental and GST at $46.90 per session)
SEMI-PRIVATE 1-HOUR LESSONS
2 people - 1 hour ...... $100.00 (including ice rental) $50.00 each plus GST
3 people - 1 hour ..... $130.00 (including ice rental) $43.33 each plus GST
4 people - 1 hour ..... $150.00 (including ice rental) $37.50 each plus GST
SEMI-PRIVATE 2-HOURS LESSONS
3 people - 2 hours ..... .$250.00 (including ice rental) $83.33 each plus GST
4 people - 2 hours ..... .$275.00 (including ice rental) $68.75 each plus GST
5 people - 2 hours ..... .$300.00 (including ice rental) $60.00 each plus GST
6-8 people - 2 hours ..... .$50.00/person (including ice rental)
