Camps
CurlManitoba will not be holding our Summer Camps in 2010.  In lieu of these two summer camps we will be holding a High Performance Junior Camp in September of 2010 and we will be expanding our Regional Training Camps program that were held this year from 1 in every Manitoba sport region to 2 in every region.  The exact schedules for these camps is currently being established and will be finalized prior to the end of June.

We have made the decision to replace these two camps with these other opportunities in an effort to make the training opportunities more affordable and convenient for all Manitobans.  In previous years the CCA had provided Manitoba with a grant to assist with early ice for High Performance athletes.  This grant was used to subsidize the cost of the ice rental.  This grant is not available for this year making the cost of running the camp too prohibitive.
