League Openings may be posted here by submitting details by email to mca@curlmanitoba.org or by fax to 204-925-5720.-Posting will automatically be deleted at the end of the month following their first posting. Extensions must be requested.

 

EAST ST. PAUL CURLING CLUB

DO you have a team that is interested in curling from January to March of 2017???  We will also be flexible on the team age and make-up requirements for this one time offer.  If so, then the Men's Masters League (55+)at the East St. Paul Curling Club has an opening for your TEAM on Thursday mornings at 10 am.  We will offer you a great rate and there is no obligation to "pay before you play".  There is also no expectation for your team to return in the 2017-2018 season as we already have ateam on the waiting list.  If you want to start playing in December 2016, we will still offer you the January rate.  For more information please contact Don by phone at 204-444-4847 or by email at esp.masters.curling@gmail.com

West Kildonan Curling Club

2016-2017 Registration night is Wednesday, September 14, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Openings for the 2016-2017 season are available for all leagues – Men, Women, Juniors.  Mixed (or all women) teams welcome in Men’s leagues.  Curling begins Tuesday October 11.  A single team fee of $1134. covers any number of team members, and includes the use of a locker.  A bar credit is provided to all new Men’s & Ladies teams.  A discount is available to individual players who sign up for a second night.  Men’s and Ladies Leagues play 18 games, plus playoffs. Openings are also available in our “Steelers”(mixed) league which play Thursday at 5pm.

Fort Rouge Curling Club

CURL MIXED AT FORT ROUGE

Friday Night Mixed has room for 1 more team to fill the league.  The league begins early October but we can fit in a new team before the first round is completed.  This leagues plays 20 games per season, generally every week.

Saturday Night Social Mixed has room for 2 more teams to fill the league.  The league begins October 29th.  This league plays 8 games per season, generally every third week.  It also has a beginning and ending banquet.

Fort Rouge Junior Curling Program - Accepting New Members

As we are past our existing membership renewal deadline of May 31st, applications are received on a "first paid, first entered basis". Two paid regular memberships will secure the spot, with the remainder due late September.

League teams qualifying for the U18 Provincials through the St. Vital CC will receive $300 in total support from the club and league. U18 mixed doubles teams will receive $150.

The club is hosting the MJCT Championships in December. Winners will receive a berth in the Canola Championships. The St. Vital Curling Club is co-hosting the Championships (with the Pembina) in January 2017. This is your chance to play competitive games on a regular basis on the ice being used at Provincials.
Last season the league sent 4 teams to Provincials and 13 players to U18 provincials. Come join the premier junior league in Manitoba.

Pembina Curling Club

Heather CC: Reinventing the Business of Curling in Winnipeg

The Heather Curling Club is proposing a whole new way of operating, one which promotes a greater sense of belonging for ALL its members, and recognizes the true partnership status of ALL its leagues, while promoting long-term viability of the Club and of the sport of curling.
All members will enjoy unlimited curling and incomparable value, with a single, low, all-inclusive membership fee of $325 (incl. GST and Curl MB Fee)!
Under this new operating structure, ALL leagues operate independently as Partner Leagues, sharing in Club revenue through the Club’s League Pool.

Elmwood Curling Club

Elmwood has openings for Men in the following leagues:

Elmwood will be starting a new mixed league Sundays 1:30 p.m.  The season will be an abbreviated 16 week league for the 2017 season.  Cost per curler is $140.00
