Curl Manitoba offers Officiating Certification programs on a regular basis. These courses are not only to develop officials but also to help curlers become more knowledgeable about the officiating system and the rules of the game.

Presently there are five levels of officiating.
| Level One | Game Observer Time Keeper Hogline Officiating 5-hour training course Complete a minimum of 6 games of experience under a Level Three Official |
| Level Two | Provincial/Territorial Supervising Official
Hold Level One Certification |
| Level Three | Provincial/Territorial Head Official Hold Level Two Certification Serve as an alternate Head Official at a Provincial/Territorial Championship Receive a recommendation and positive evaluations from your Provincial Organization |
| Level Four | National Supervising Official (national championship) |
| Level Five | National Head Official (national championship) |
