 Posted 2009-11-09Jim Renwick (Brandon C.C.) defeated Clare De Blonde(Fort Rouge C.C.) 9-6 in the final of the McDiarmid Lumber Senior Men's Berth Bonspiel to earn a berth into the Strathcona Senior Men's Provincial Championship.
Team Jim Renwick consisits of Skip Jim Renwick, Third Mike Remniak, Second Ken Collyer, and Lead Harvey Heise. Renwick earned her way to the final by defeating Jamie Hay (Granite) 8-5 while De Blonde made the final by getting by Jim Conacher (Victoria) 9-5.
The 2010 Senior Women's Provincial Championship and Strathcona Senior Men's Provincial Championship will take place February 25 to March 1 at the Brandon C.C.
